This legislation would require law enforcement officers to attempt to serve arrest warrants within 12 hours of issuance for murder, armed robbery, rape, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated child molestation or child molestation if the accused has been previously arrested for at least two felony offenses.
